Jesse Hejny, President/Co-founder
Jesse Hejny began his career in the Oil & Gas Industry as a Petroleum Landman with Four Sevens Resources (now Four Sevens Energy). Hejny was key in building a reasonably small operation into a large land acquisition firm that consistently met the clients' needs. In just one year, Hejny was promoted to Crew Chief and led land crews across the Barnett Shale.
Throughout his tenure at Four Sevens, he achieved both his RL and RPL license. He is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), The Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen (FWAPL), and Young Professionals in Energy.
As a former TCU football letterman and graduate (Class of 2005), Hejny enjoys supporting his alma mater in all sports and is active with the TCU letterman's association. He currently resides with his wife and two sons in Aledo, Texas.
Bryan Cortney, CEO/Co-founder
Bryan Cortney began his career in the Oil & Gas Industry as a Petroleum Landman and was one of Four Sevens Energy's first hires. Cortney was quickly promoted to Crew Chief. Together with his business partner, they have led land crews that involved overseeing over 15,000 acres throughout the Barnett Shale.
Cortney actively pursued his RL and RPL licenses while at Four Sevens Energy. He is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), The Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen (FWAPL), and Young Professionals in Energy.
As a former TCU football letterman and graduate (Class of 2006), Cortney enjoys supporting his alma mater and is active with the TCU Lettermen's Association and the Frog Club. Cortney resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife.
